We’re hiring a Sales Lead and we're not looking for someone who waits for leads to land in their inbox. We're looking for a hunter. Someone who thrives on opening doors and closing deals and owns their pipeline end-to-end.

You'll be the person who further puts ResultX on the radar across Belgium. You open doors, build relationships, and close deals.

What are your tasks?

• Own the pipeline: You prospect, qualify, follow up, and close. From cold outreach to signed contract. That's your territory. On the road.
• Build your own lead flow: You don't wait for inbound. You generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, your network, and showing up where our buyers are.
• Open the right rooms: You identify decision-makers and know how to get a first meeting.
• Work the field: You're comfortable at events, on stage, or over coffee. Your network grows because you invest in it.
• Shape the go-to-market with the founders: You bring field intelligence, we bring product and strategy. Together we sharpen positioning, targeting and outreach.
• Feed the machine: You share what you're hearing in the market with the founders: objections, patterns, opportunities.
• Hand off cleanly: Once a deal is closed, you transition it to the delivery team without dropping the ball.
