Not your average advisory role

We’re hiring a Junior ESG Advisor to strengthen our advisory team, support our clients hands-on, and play a pivotal role in making sustainability profitable for their business.

You’ll be the go-to person for businesses navigating the interesting, yet complex ESG landscape: answering questions, guiding them through the platform and making sustainability profitable. If you're excited by the idea of combining tech, client relationships, and financial yet sustainable impact into one role, this one's for you.

What are your tasks?

• Guide our clients: Support businesses from platform onboarding to full advisory projects.
• Simplify complexity: Make sustainability and reporting standards like CSRD, ESRS, EcoVadis or VSME understandable for non-experts.
• Support product adoption: Help clients get the most out of the ResultX platform through demos, walkthroughs and best practices.
• Be their trusted advisor: Answer ESG-related questions with clarity and care: from carbon to governance policies.
• Create clarity at scale: Co-create templates, tutorials and short videos to help hundreds of businesses move faster.
• Relay user feedback: Share recurring client insights with the product and content team to improve ResultX.
• Stay sharp: Keep your ESG and tech skills fresh.

What skills do you require?

• 1–5 years experience in (ESG/Sustainability) consulting ideally in a SaaS, or client-facing role.
