Not your average consultant role

We’re hiring an ESG Tech Consultant to be the right hand of our clients and a key player in their sustainability journey.

You’ll be the go-to person for SMEs navigating the interesting, yet complex ESG landscape: answering questions, guiding them through the platform, and making sustainability feel simple and achievable. If you're excited by the idea of combining tech, client relationships, and climate impact into one role, this one's for you.

What are your tasks?

• Guide our clients: Support SMEs from onboarding to full ESG reporting
• Simplify complexity: Make sustainability and reporting standards like CSRD, ESRS, EcoVadis or VSME understandable for non-experts.
• Support product adoption: Help clients get the most out of the ResultX platform through demos, walkthroughs and best practices.
• Be their trusted advisor: Answer ESG-related questions with clarity and care: from carbon to governance policies.
• Create clarity at scale: Co-create templates, tutorials and short videos to help hundreds of SMEs move faster.
• Relay user feedback: Share recurring client insights with the product and content team to improve ResultX.
• Stay sharp: Keep your ESG and tech skills fresh — the field moves fast, and so do we.

What skills do you require?

• 2–5 years experience in ESG, sustainability reporting or CSR — ideally in a consulting, SaaS, or client-facing role.
• Affinity with digital tools — you don’t need to code, but you can comfortably guide someone through a platform.
