ResultX in a nutshell
As a technology company, ResultX combines software and services to turn sustainability into measurable financial value.
Companies invest in ESG because customers, banks, or regulations expect it. Yet the return remains unclear. ESG efforts end up in reports, without being used to improve the business or influence financial results.
ResultX changes that. Finally.
We help businesses move beyond ESG compliance. With ResultX, you immediately gain insight into how ESG can generate revenue for your company, helping you win more deals, meet customer expectations and stay competitive.
For this, we need you
We’re hiring an AI Engineer to strengthen our development team.
You will bridge the gap between experimentation and productization. You turn AI experimentation into real products. Rather than building models in isolation, you create AI-powered features that deliver clear user value, taking initiatives from fast LLM prototypes to high-quality, scalable production systems.
What are your tasks?
- Technical Product Discovery: Work closely with Product Managers and customers to understand real ESG workflows and pain points. You turn loosely defined problems into clear, actionable technical requirements that you and the engineering team can execute on.
- Prototyping: Rapidly build focused prototypes to test ideas, validate assumptions, and explore new product directions. You know when to ship a quick prototype to test an idea and when to slow down and build something solid enough to scale.
- End-to-End Delivery: Take validated concepts from prototype to production. You help design and implement reliable, scalable AI services, contributing high-quality code and ensuring performance, stability, and maintainability over time.
- Project Management & Ownership: Own specific product areas end-to-end. You plan realistically, manage technical scope, surface risks early, and take responsibility for delivering predictable, high-impact outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical voice in product conversations. You clearly explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and help align user value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Use strong programming and architectural judgment to move the team forward. You understand how technical decisions affect long-term quality and debt, and you’re comfortable getting hands-on to unblock progress or validate solutions.
What skills do you require?
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience shipping software or AI products into production.
- Strong product mindset: you care about why something is built, not just how.
